2013 Health Management Associates - We assisted in the relocation of data center operations from Naples Florida to this facility in deploying the McKesson suite of applications to the entire Enterprise.

2012 - 2013 Catholic Health Initiatives - We assisted this Enterprise in the conversion of multiple ambulatory systems to Allscripts EMR.

2011 - 2012 Community Health Systems - We assisted this Enterprise with multiple implementations of Allscripts EMR, including infrastructure, interfaces, and conversions.

2010 - 2011 Wesley Medical Center - We assisted this facility in deploying the McKesson suite of applications to the entire Enterprise.

2010 UCLA Medical Center - We assisted UCLA in getting the MS Project initiative adopted. We also drove a number of ongoing projects to their successful conclusions through aggressive and truthful systems analysis, assessment, engineering and deployment.

2002 - 2009 Sumner Medical Group - We began this project providing general technology support for this 18 physician practice when the primary application was Medical Manager.

Our participation included the full spectrum of technology services. We assisted the facility in determining what technology should be used and how to budget both financial and human assets for optimal deployment of technology.

In addition we were responsible for the systematic upgrade of infrastructure to support current technologies. We provided full Internet access to the network, full email, and shared network access. As a result, the facility now supports over 10 servers, 70 workstations, 30 shared printers, 3 Inter office VPNs, remote access VPN, and has the full spectrum of security software and hardware available.

In Q4 2008, we were asked to manage the Business Office and all revenue.

We remained involved through Q4 2010 as we completed the deployment of all technology to support this large practice.

2007 - 2008 Healthspring - Approached by this Health Insurance Provider to provide Senior level Systems Administration and Project Management start to finish for the selection and installation of a State-of-the-Art technology to allow support of their Pay for Quality program in their Medicare Advantage clinics, known as Living Well Health Centers.

EMR and PM software selected was GE's Centricity product. Our involvement included all aspects of the installation. We provided full infrastructure deployment including Server 2003, Active Directory, Email, Citrix, Electronic Faxing, Printing, Shared Access, Scanning, Indexing, and the application itself. In addition, we remained for full support of the application and end user training.

We completed this project in July 2008.

2004 - 2007 Nephrology Associates - Originally involved through our work with National Nephrology Associates, we became engaged in a project to replace the EMR in place, Emerald (previously PEARL).

We were engaged in the full spectrum from choice of the EMR to full deployment.

The EMR chosen was Misys, with Tiger as the PM. We were fully involved in the installation and deployment of technology to support all operations.

Our final involvement in this project was to assist in the choosing of staff to support the technology. We completed this project in 2005.
